11 x Dump Truck Operators | FIFO Perth | URGENT START HSS Recruitment is seeking experienced Production Dump Truck Operators for immediate-start opportunities on an major Tailings Dam project in the Pilbara. Our client is a rapidly growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work, currently expanding the site team up to 120 personnel. Pay Rate: $62.50 per hour FIFO from Perth : Via Alliance Airlines Roster & Hours: 2:1, 12hr shifts (5:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Camp Facilities: Good, mid-level camp featuring quality food, strong Wi-Fi, a swimming pool & gym Short Commute: Quick 15 minute drive from the camp to site Employment Type: Casual positions with genuine pathways to permanent employment About You To be successful, you will have: Proven production and/or heavy civil mining experience Demonstrated experience operating Komatsu 830E dump trucks Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and high production standards Reliable work ethic with the ability to work cohesively Strong attention to detail, able to work within boundaries set to achieve accurate project outcomes Mandatory Verification & Compliance You must be able to prove your machinery operating experience. This can be done by presenting: An official operating ticket OR at least two (2) of the following: Proof of a Verification of Competency (VOC) A signed Statutory Declaration declaring your machine competency An official letter from a previous employer confirming your machine experience A USI or formal training transcript Standard Health & Site Compliance: Current Australian Driver's Licence Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug & Alcohol screening, Musculoskeletal, Audio, and Spirometry) Mask Fit Testing Requirement: Candidates will need to be clean-shaven or prepared to shave to complete the mask fit.
